Step 1:
For the first step, log in to your account.
Step 2:
Open the Account Settings tab. Under the Security Setting section, find Google Authenticator. Click on “Bound”
Step 3:
Before this step, you should have installed the Google Authenticator application on your smartphone.
Step 4:
You would need a backup and alternative way to access your account, in case you lost your phone or couldn’t access it.
Step 5:
Enter the secret key (provided in step 4) in the specified field.
Step 6:
In this step, you will see a tutorial on how to enter your private key in the Google Authenticator app.
Step 7:
In this step, after submitting your request, a verification code will be sent to your email and phone number. Enter the codes. In the end, enter the received two-step verification code from Google Authenticator as well. Now click next.
* Please note that if you have not confirmed your phone number yet, just an email verification code will be requested.
Step 8:
After successfully completing the 7th step. Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be enabled for your account.
How to disable Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Step 1:
Login to your account. Open the Account Settings tab. Under the Security Setting section, find Google Authenticator. Click on “Unbound”.
Step 2:
Enter the verification codes sent to your mobile phone and email address. Then, enter the recent code from your Google Authenticator application and submit your request.
Please note that once you disable your 2-FA, your withdrawal amount will be limited for 48 hours. After 48 hours, this amount will automatically return to its original state.
